Pastor Pela and Mel Tofa are the Senior Pastors of Connect City Church Outer West. They are loving, caring and passionate pastors dedicated to Jesus. Pastor Pela and Mel Tofa led the church’s youth group Passionate Youth as Youth Pastors for over a decade. Since then, they have opened up their own campus in Aintree to further establish the tent and bring light, joy and happiness throughout their community.
